Milnerton Golf Course

Milnerton Golf Club opened in 1913 as a six-hole course, and has since developed into the world-class 18-hole championship course that it is today.

The “9 out, 9 in” Links type layout is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the West side and Rietvlei lagoon to the East and provides a golfing experience unique to South Africa.

The course underwent a major facelift in 1995 following the development of the Milnerton Links housing estate on part of the course.

Some of the original holes were retained, while others were completely rebuilt. The new layout, together with all its features, has proved to be a huge success.

The Club also has its own superb catering facilities and the Sunset Lounge, which boasts one of the best views in Cape Town can be hired for weddings, anniversaries, parties and conferences.
